Nautica financial Services (“NFS”) is offering a vessel build program with a turn key manner.  We work with designers, builders and operators to construct the vessel to our client’s desires.  For this program, we are working with Jensen Maritime Consultants (“Jensen”) to provide the vessel design.

Jensen is one of the most experienced US tug designers.  Along with the design, Jensen provides the complete 3D construction package essential for shipyard efficient construction

Vessel financing is an integral part of the vessel build program and we will provide 100% of the capital required to build and finance the vessels.

The program can be used with any of the Jensen designed tugs and are working with shipyards around the country to develop a standard price and delivery for the vessels.

           Program Highlights:
          * Built to your requirements based upon a menu of options
          * Professional Construction Management Services provided.
          * Below market interest rates for Construction and Term Finance.
          * Permanent Financing Options:
                 - Loan or Lease = 20-year amortization with 10-year balloon
                 - 62% residual value
                 - Operator can deduct depreciation for the loan (or) finance lease
           * Early Buyout: Can be prepaid in whole or in part with a declining annual prepayment fee.
