Clients:
PROP - San Francisco:
We are assisting Prop with planning, vessel acquisition and financing. The company is ideally positioned for growth, as the bay area is gridlocked and the small passenger vessels fill a niche that the Public Ferry System (“WETA”) cannot fulfill.
Prop officially began operation in 2015, when it received final approval from the Public Utility Commission “PUC” to operate vessel for transporting the public. The company’s mission is to provide “quick ferry service that connects bay area communities to downtown job centers”. They currently operates three vessels and has one more under construction.

Raibow Fiberglass and Boat Repair:
Riabow Fiberglass and Boat repair reside in Seward Alaska and operates full service vessel repair, storage and maintenance facilities. It provides winter storage, vessel shrink wrap, structural and cosmetic repairs for boats and marine vessels. The company is strategically located and offers a valuable option for vessel operators that traditionally would have to travel to Seattle.
JT Alaska:
JT Alaska Marine is based in Homer, AK, and currently operates one vessel, F/V Ocean Falcon, which is dedicated to operating as a tender, allowing other fishing boats to offload their catch. The company acquired the vessel because there is a demand for smaller tender vessels that pack large amounts of fish (320,000 lbs.) but draws little water. (83’ L x 27’ W x 7’ D). The vessel is well positioned, because most tender vessels spend part of the year commercial fishing, thereby limiting their availability.
